Following integration programs are available:

Insourcing capacity on time and material base
The resources are trained taking into account the development standards of the customer.

Insourcing capacity on time and material base combined with a coach/teamleader
The resources are trained taking into account the development standards of the customer. The coach/teamleader is the communication point between the development team and the projectleaders.

Service contract with a continuity guarantee
This means that for a certain period of time the planned resources are guaranteed and available. In case of illness or longterm unavailability of a consultant, this unavailability will be replaced by a resource which knows the business and the project so that the capacity loss will be minimum.

This means that for a certain period of time the planned resources are guaranteed and available. The resources are trained taking into account the development standards of the customer. The coach/teamleader is the communication point between the development team and the projectleaders.

Customer Case :

Together with Brunel ICT we are staffing a new, big project at a major Belgian financial institution with Technical Designers and Developers. Their skills have to match the new Application Development Tool, Rational Application Developer and EGL. Together with the financial institution, ASIST/Brunel ICT is responsible to train these people to bring them up to speed with the tools, EGL and the institutions development standards. After the education period of 4 weeks these people are up and running in their role in the project.
